Know where AI can help.

An AI Opportunity Review helps you decide what is worth pursuing before you commit to a build. We look at the work your team does today and turn a broad idea into a clear next decision.

Your account executive is your dedicated point of contact throughout the project.

Start with a business problem.

A useful review starts with something you want to improve: repeated manual work, hard-to-find information, slow decisions or an AI tool that is not meeting expectations.

Your account executive helps gather the people who know the workflow. Our specialists assess the available information, constraints and options with them.

Leave with a decision you can use.

The review brings together a description of the problem, the systems and information involved, the main risks, and a recommendation for the next step.

That recommendation may be a focused experiment, a plan for implementation, a better use of an existing tool or a change to the process. We agree on the scope and deliverables at the start.

Make success measurable.

We help you choose measures that reflect the work: time spent on a task, answer accuracy, review effort, error rate or cost per completed action.

The plan identifies what to measure today, what a useful improvement would look like and what evidence you need before investing further.

Bring the people who know the work.

A process owner, examples of the current work and a list of the tools you use are a useful starting point. Share your budget constraints, deadlines and any requirements around sensitive information.

You do not need to choose a model or prepare a technical specification first. We identify any additional access or expertise needed as we define the review.

Your dedicated account executive

One person who keeps it all connected.

Every client works with a dedicated account executive. Bring them your goals, questions and feedback; they connect you with the specialists delivering the work.

A clear point of contact

Your account executive helps turn business priorities into a shared brief, so everyone understands the problem and the next decision.

The right people in the conversation

They coordinate with the delivery team and bring in specialists when you need a technical answer or a decision explained.

Room to change direction

When priorities change, talk them through with your account executive. Together, we clarify the effect on scope, timing and cost before agreeing the next step.

A handover your team understands

They help coordinate the decisions, documentation and responsibilities your team needs to take the work forward.

Common questions

Clear answers before we begin.

What do we receive from an AI Opportunity Review?

An agreed review of the workflow, available information, options and risks, with recommended next steps and a way to evaluate them. We confirm the specific deliverables when we scope your review.

Do we have to commission a build afterward?

The review is a starting point for a decision. Its recommendation can be an existing tool, a smaller test or a process improvement. Any implementation is scoped as a next step.

When is a review the wrong starting point?

If the problem and solution are already clear, a focused implementation discussion may be more useful. If the main issue is missing data or an unclear process, we address that dependency in the recommendation.

Do we need an engineering team to get started?

No. Start with the people who know the work and the problem you want to solve. During the review, we identify the technical help, access and ongoing ownership a solution would need.

What does an AI project cost?

Cost depends on the workflow, the quality and availability of your data, the systems to connect, the testing required and the support you need. We scope the work with you before a build. Tell us your budget constraints so the recommendation fits them.

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on scope, access to your systems, data preparation and the people needed to review the work. We agree on stages and decision points when planning your engagement. A focused review is a useful starting point when those details are still unclear.

What will our team need to do?

Help us understand the current workflow, share suitable examples and review the proposed solution. We agree who can approve decisions and who will run the result. Your account executive coordinates these conversations with the delivery team.

Who owns the work, and what happens after launch?

We document the solution and prepare your team to run it. Ownership, access, third-party licenses and any ongoing support are defined in your engagement agreement. Before launch, we agree who monitors performance, handles issues and approves future changes.
